What is your Shipping Policy?

Shipping Policy

Many of the items we carry are shipped directly from the designer and many are made to order.

Please notice the approximate delivery time on each item detail page. We make every effort to ship items within 3-5 business days AFTER your order is placed. Normally items ship within 3 business days due to stock status. Please be sure your contact information is correct. The couriers we use are insured and traceable. During the holiday season, processing time can take up to 10 days.

We try to ship orders in full, in one shipment for your convenience. However, depending on the items ordered, multiple shipments may be required to fulfill your order. Sometimes orders can be delayed waiting for the full order to be filled and therefore shipped.

If you need an expedited shipment, it’s best to place your order and call us to inform us of your needs. Duke & Dutchess uses USPS for shipping. When your order is shipped partially or in full, you will receive an email indicating it has shipped. We do not email out tracking numbers for security reasons, but you can log into your account and view all tracking, and track your package through our website if tracking is indicated. Some package tracking is not available until after the package has been delivered.

Duke & Dutchess is not responsible for incorrect addresses given, refused shipments or unclaimed shipments. We have NO control over mail delivery once it leaves our warehouse so please check with the carrier if we show it shipped and you have not received it.

With the rise of package theft, we strongly advise you to choose your shipping address carefully. If you are concerned about package theft, please understand all your shipping options to help minimize theft. Here are some tips we have found to be helpful:

Ship to your work address
Ship to a neighbor’s address that you trust and will be home at the time of delivery.
Ask us to request your shipment be signed for someone at your address.
If you need to change the shipping address or include further delivery instructions, once the package has already been shipped and the package has not yet been delivered, please see the USPS delivery instructions on changing the shipping address, found here:

In order to simplify our shipping costs, we have implemented a flat rate shipping cost of $8.00. The rate will be shown at checkout.

Shipping cost will be shown at check out BEFORE you pay so you will know exactly what they are. If the item is large or over-sized, we will notify you if additional shipping costs will be incurred, but this is not normally the case. You can also email us for a shipping quote.
